Pink Heals Benevolent Fund Application

 Welcome to Pink Heals Lehigh Valley Benevolent Fund application. This application is open to residents of the Greater Lehigh Valley area that are undergoing treatment for cancer or some other disease. Successful applicants will be required to sign a waiver, provide proof of residency in the area, and submit proof of ongoing medical treatment for a serious illness or disease. All applications will be reviewed by the Pink Heals Lehigh Valley Board of Directors, and their funding decision will be final. Previous recipients may apply, but new applicants may receive priority. Funding is limited and there is no guarantee that all applications will be funded.
